RETURNS:
At Maddie & Ashley our customer satisfaction is guaranteed. We are dedicated to choosing high quality, stylish clothing from well-known manufacturers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item unused with tags still attatched within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.(Shipping charges are non-refundable). To expedite your return or exchange, please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and brief explanation of the problem. All returns are handled immediately. Upon inspection of the returned item(s), we have the right of refusal if item has been worn, etc. Monogrammed items however are non-refundable. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your billing statement. Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.
